TRACKING

Your order will be delivered via Couriers or  Transport whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within 24 – 48 hours of the next business day. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE

1. Pre-order means the item is currently out of stock due to high demand, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse. 

2. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Private Bags or Parcel Lockers.

3. Rural Delivery may incur additional freight charges

 

Shipping Disclaimer

We (Nerta New Zealand LTD), ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.

ALL orders under 25kg are shipped via a  Couriers and Bulk deliveries over 25kg are shipped via Transport. 

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.

Nerta New Zealand LTD, cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing Nerta New Zealand Ltd with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

Nerta New Zealand Ltd do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.

For ALL orders placed online, store pickup is NOT an option.
